Boy’s Leadership Week | Ages 13–16

This all-boys adventure includes the same fun activities as Cow Journeys, but this program focuses specifically on helping young men find confidence and their individual leadership voice. Students will use Cow Island as a base from which to explore the surrounding bay and islands by sea kayak. Cow Journeys | Ages 13-16

In this week-long overnight program, Islanders will sea kayak, explore the Cow Island challenge course, play intensely fun games, and learn wilderness camping and cooking skills. Cow Journeys combines the magic of the Cow Island experience with the excitement of exploring nearby islands on a two-night paddling trip.

Aucocisco Waves | Ages 12–14

Our Aucocisco programs offer young adventurers the opportunity to explore our island home, learn the fundamentals of sea kayaking, experience our zip line, go rock wall climbing, and make new friends. For our older day students, this week-long program is open to youth aged 12-14 years old. Daily activities include longer day paddles in Casco Bay, ropes course challenges, and an introduction to outdoor living skills. Waves will stay overnight in Cow Island base camps on Thursday of the program week.
